Terms of Service
This agreement is a legal agreement between you and Dengta VPN (the Service Provider) regarding the downloading, installation and use of the mobile accelerator application (the App).
By downloading, installing or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, distribute or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, nodes or pricing and will provide notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account credentials; jailbreaking or rooting a device may reduce system security and cause the App to malfunction.
The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also subject to those providers' terms.
The Service depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, weak signal or carrier issues. Use outside Wi-Fi may generate mobile data charges, and roaming charges outside your home country are your responsibility. Before using the App, make sure you have permission from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. For example, inability to access the Service due to low battery, system permissions or local network restrictions is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate node and route information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from that data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates, and you agree to download and install them when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate services in accordance with law or this agreement; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
Software Non-Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our software. Before purchasing, please confirm that the features, plan and supported platforms meet your needs.
Non-Refund Policy: Software sales are generally final after completion. Once a license key, subscription entitlement or digital product access has been delivered, refund requests will no longer be accepted.
Product Evaluation: We recommend using available demos, trials or free versions before purchasing to confirm that the software fits your real use case.
Customer Support: If you encounter issues while using the software, contact support and we will assist with configuration and troubleshooting.
Technical Issues: If technical issues affect normal use, we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve them; this assistance does not automatically create a refund obligation.
Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if license keys, account benefits or digital access are shared, resold or used without authorization.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy. Changes take effect after being published on the website.
