This Privacy Policy explains how Dengta VPN (referred to as this Service, we or us) collects, uses and protects personal information when you download, install or use the mobile application (the App). We process data only within the scope needed to provide and improve the Service.

When you download and launch the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, connection status and session duration. To recommend suitable nodes, the Service may process approximate device location information. This information is used for: 1. Node recommendations based on Dengta VPN's network distribution; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate connection trends; 3. Service notices sent through your reserved email or username for important updates, security reminders or account information.

We only transmit anonymized or aggregated data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring and feature improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information: 1. Compliance with legal, judicial or regulatory procedures; 2. Necessary action to protect users' life, property or investigate fraud; 3. Work with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. You may stop using the App through the standard uninstall process on your device.

User-provided data will be retained during the service period and for a reasonable retention period afterward. If you need to cancel your account or delete your profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for minors under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from that group. If such data is discovered, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. Guardians may also contact us through the same email. We use physical, technical and administrative measures to protect data security.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal, product or operational changes. Please review this page periodically. Continued use of the Service after an update is published means you accept the revised policy. This policy is effective as of October 4, 2025.
